Tampa Landscaping Service Areas Across the Tampa Bay area
Tampa Pro Landscape routes crews daily out of central Tampa, with coverage extending into the surrounding Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco County suburbs. Our routing is built to minimize drive time and keep crews working on properties, not driving between them — which is why your yard gets serviced on the same day each week and why our pricing stays flat instead of loading up with fuel surcharges.
Below is the complete list of Tampa and the Tampa Bay area suburbs where we currently run routes. If your address is within a 30-minute drive of downtown Tampa, you are almost certainly in our coverage area. For addresses near the edges of our radius, we confirm routing during the quote so there are no surprises.
Tampa (Hillsborough County). Full coverage across all Tampa neighborhoods including East Tampa, West Tampa, North Tampa, South Tampa, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, and all 33XXX zip codes across the Bay area. Route density is highest here, so storm and emergency work in these neighborhoods usually fits into an existing run rather than a special trip.
Brandon (Hillsborough County). Full coverage across Brandon’s estate neighborhoods including Concord Road, Riverview Boulevard, Bayshore Boulevard, and Westchase-adjacent areas. Larger-lot landscaping specialty common on Brandon properties.
Riverview (Hillsborough County). Comprehensive coverage on both east and west sides of I-65, including Westchase, Westhaven, McKay’s Mill, and historic downtown Riverview.
Wesley Chapel (Hillsborough County). Coverage extends throughout Wesley Chapel including the Hillsborough River corridor, Blackman, and the the Tampa Bay area Boulevard area.
Carrollwood (Hillsborough County). Coverage across Carrollwood including the Lake Carroll area, the Dale Mabry corridor, and north toward Northdale.
Wesley Chapel (Pasco County). Coverage across Wesley Chapel along SR-56 and the Wiregrass area — northern edge of our standard service radius.
Temple Terrace (Hillsborough County). The Riverhills and downtown Temple Terrace areas along the Hillsborough River. Temple Terrace’s sandy soil and mature oaks make irrigation and drainage a common service need in this area.
Brandon (Hillsborough County). Service extends across Brandon along SR-60 and Bloomingdale — eastern edge of our standard radius.
Apollo Beach (Hillsborough County side). Hillsborough County portion of Apollo Beach along the Highway 31 corridor. Southern edge of our standard route.
Valrico (Hillsborough County). Full coverage throughout Valrico along SR-60 and the Bloomingdale corridor.
Riverview (Hillsborough County). Southeast Hillsborough County coverage including the Gibsonton and Boyette Road area.
Lutz (Hillsborough County). Rapid-growth corridor along Highway 31A south of Tampa. Newer construction landscape installs common, alongside established-neighborhood maintenance work.

Before Tampa service begins, confirm the route decision for the exact address and record visit frequency, timing expectations, gate access, notice for schedule changes, and storm-related adjustments. This page does not promise neighborhood grouping or a permanent weekday.
Edges of our radius — properties more than 30 minutes from downtown Tampa (east past Plant City, south past Apollo Beach toward Sun City, north past Wesley Chapel, west past Town ‘n’ Country toward the bay) — fall outside standard routing. We occasionally extend coverage for the right project; ask during the quote.
A Tampa property owner can route a request through the commercial grounds, water-system, lawn maintenance, landscape planning, debris cleanup, or hardscape page. Confirm address coverage, requested service, and present availability before relying on these navigation links.
If you don’t see your specific neighborhood listed but you are in Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Pasco County within a 30-minute drive of downtown Tampa, request a free quote and we will confirm coverage for your exact address.
