Information Sharing With Tampa Service Crews
When you request Tampa landscaping service, we share your contact information and address with the Tampa Pro Landscape crew assigned to your property. This is internal only. It includes your name, service address, and phone number for day-of communication. It also includes any notes about gate codes, pets, irrigation system locations, or property access details. Crew members do not receive your email address or any payment-related information.
We do not share your information with other landscaping companies or marketing companies. We do not share it with lead-generation services or any third parties for promotional purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use CallRail to track phone calls from our website. CallRail records the time, duration, and source of calls. Call recordings are not stored unless you specifically authorize them.
Quote Request Information Retention
If you submit a quote request and do not become a customer, we keep your contact information for 12 months in case you reach back out. After that, we delete it. We keep active customer records for the length of the service relationship plus 7 years for accounting and tax compliance. After that, they are permanently deleted.
